We are located in central Illinois, on the outskirts of the small town of Mattoon, IL. We are just two miles off I57, making us easily accessible. Being in the Midwest, and within a few hours of several major airports puts us in an ideal location for servicing our customer base all across the US and Canada.

Forge is our operating company, formed 11 years ago when the opportunity came for us to buy US/Canada the patent rights for the European designed trim folder – Variobend. The folders have been our core focus. We market our folders branded as “Variobend USA” so naturally we are known by that name, and we certainly don’t mind! We also have a sub-foundation insulation division known as – Lexar (formerly Hitz Halter), a metal supply store – Permanent Building Solutions, and a roofing metal brand – Pemamag.

We try listen to our customers and understand their needs. We have a robust product development department who is constantly in development of new features, software updates, etc. We do have plans to keep bringing more machines to market for the trim industry. Stay tuned!
